3-4 lbs chicken legs, thighs, breasts
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 cup of uncooked rice in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. Arrange chicken pieces on top of the rice. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine mushroom soup with 2 cans of water and pour over chicken and rice. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 325.
