2¼ c. potato starch
¾ c. ground almonds, or almond flour
1¼ c. sugar
1 heaping T. vanilla sugar
¾ c. oil
1 egg beaten
6 large apples
2 t. lemon juice
3 T. sugar
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the potato starch, ground almonds, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix well until it becomes a nice crumb.
2. Peel and slice the apples thinly. In a bowl, combine the apples with the lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon.
3. Take two 9'' rounds and put a little crumb on the bottom of each pan. Put the sliced apples on top . Then put the rest of thecrumbs on top.
4. Bake on 350º for 45 minutes to an hour.
