2 pounds Masa
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 to 3/4 cup broth or water
3/4 pounds lard or 3/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whip lard until fluffy. Add baking powder, salt, broth and masa. Whip until ball of masa floats in glass of water.
