Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cup mincemeat

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, beating until creamy. Combine ingredients, add gradually to creamed mixture. Mix well. Stir in mincemeat. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Baker 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
