Ingredients:  
2 chicken breasts sliced thin and pounded
cup flour
S & P
3 T butter
cup mushrooms
2 T parsley
cup lemon juice
cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken with flour and salt and pepper. Fry lightly in 2 T butter until lightly browned. Remove from pan and melt 1 T butter. Saute mushrooms for 4 minutes. Sprinkle 2 T flour and mix in lemon juice and broth. Cook until bubbly and add chicken and parsley. Enjoy!
