4-6 lb flat cut brisket
2 onions sliced
1 celery chopped
1 Lipton Onion Soup mix pkg
Salt & Pepper
2 russet potatoes sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In roasting pan add brisket, onion, celery and potatoes. Sprinkle with soup mix and salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 400. Lower oven to 325, cover pan and bake an additional 3 hours.
