1 Chicken, cut up with skin on
Salt & Pepper
⅓ cup olive oil
2 tsp grated lemon zest
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 T minced garlic
1 T minced rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients together and marinate 4 hours or overnight. This can be grilled or cooked in a skillet. Cook 12-15 minutes each side. The skin should be golden brown.
