Spinach Salad


Ingredients:

1 (6oz) package baby spinach
1 cup quartered fresh strawberries
½ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup thinly sliced red onion
Bacon crumbles to taste
¼ cup crumbled blue or Gorgonzola cheese
Candied pecans to taste

Toss all ingredients and add dressing.
 

Honey Dressing Salad


Ingredients:

⅓ cup white/golden balsamic vinegar
2 T honey or agave
1 T Dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
⅔ cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix with a whisk. Add olive oil last after all other ingredients are combined.
