2 Fish fillets such as red snapper
4 oz creme fraiche or sour cream
1½ T Dijon mustard
½ T whole grain mustard
1 T minced shallots
1 tsp drained capers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Salt and pepper the fish and place on baking dish or sheet pan.
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and mix. Spoon sauce over fish evenly. Bake 10-15 minutes.
