Ingredients:

Crumble:
4 c. potato starch
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 t. vanilla sugar
4 t. baking powder
pinch salt

Filling:
8 apples -peeled and sliced
3/4 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumble with fingers (don't over mix). Set aside 1/4 of crumble. Divide remaining crumbs between 2 9 inch pans.
Cover bottoms with crumbs. Put filling over crumbs. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over filling. Bake for 40-50 min at 350.
