2 lbs Chicken Wings (or pieces)
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Chili Powder
1/2 - 1 Tsp Celery Seed
1 Can Tomato Soup
1/4 Cup Vinegar

Dry Chicken Wings/Pcs, arrange in a single layer in shallow baking dish or broiler pan. Mix oil and soya sauce and brush over wings. Mix sugar, salt, chili powder and celery seed. Sprinkle mixture over the top. Place 5" below preheated broiler and brown to deep golden brown (be careful not to BURN!). Remove from oven, turn heat 350 degree. Mix tomato soup and vinegar, pour over chicken. Bake uncovered about 1 - 1 1/4 hrs, until tender and sauce deep mahogany. Serve on rice or noodles.
