Dry mixture:
4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt

1 Cup of Raisins (Soaked in water and drained)

Wet mixture:
1-1/2 cups milk
2 beaten eggs

3 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift above all together.

Soak 1 cup raisins in water.

Drain raisins and add to dry mix.

Mix wet mixture into dry with wooden spoon.

Melt 3 tbsp. butter and add to mixture..
Line cast iron frying pan with waxed paper.

Pour in mixture and bake for 50-60 minutes in 350 oven (Making sure center is cooked through.)
