2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
5-1/3 tbsp. butter - room temperature
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar

1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup heavy cream
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour mixture (flour/baking powder/salt/sugar) until it resembles cornmeal

Add 1 cup white chocolate chips & 1 cup dried cranberries.

In separate bowl - add 1 egg; 1/2 cup heavy cream & 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla . Beat. Form dough by adding wet ingredients to dry ingredients

Roll out to 1/2 inch think. Cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter.
Bake 350 for 15-20 min.
