4 Pork Chops
1 egg
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch of ginger
1 cup of bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, soy sauce, water, garlic powder, ginger together in a bowl.
Dip chops in the mixture and then dip in bread crumbs.

Bake in 350 degree oven on a cookie sheet sprayed with PAM for 25 minutes.
Turn and cook for 20 minutes more.

Growing up we cooked all Pork products until they were un-recognizable. Its just what you did. I like Pork but my pork chops always resembled dried shoe soles. These are moist, easy and SAFE Mom!
