4-5 zucchini squash, peeled, sliced and steamed ( squeeze out as much liquid as possible)
1 large onion and 2 cloves garlic, sautéed
3 eggs
2 T. potato starch
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly and prepare the pan by putting a bit of oil in the bottom, sprinkle matzah meal, pour in the mixture and sprinkle matzah meal on top. ( If you don't eat gebrochts, you may omit this). Bake until golden.

You may substitute spinach and broccoli for the squash.
