¾ c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 T. vanilla sugar
2 c. potato starch
2 bags ground almonds

Topping:
15 oz. raspberry jelly
12 oz. chocolate chips
8 oz. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients to form dough. Press into an 11 x 17-inch baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread jam over partially baked dough and sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over jam. Bake for an additional 25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
