40 Oreo cookies, crushed
¼ cup melted butter
2 cups crushed pineapple
4 medium, firm bananas
½ gallon strawberry ice cream, softened
16 ounce carton of Cool Whip
½ cup nuts (your choice)
Maraschino cherries
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Mix crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter together and place in the bottom of a 9-in x 13-in pan.
3. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
4. Cool on wire rack.

TOPPING:
1. Drain pineapple and set aside.
2. Slice bananas and place on crust.
3. Spread ice cream over bananas.
4. Spread pineapple over ice cream.
5. Spread Cool Whip over all.
6. Sprinkle nuts over topping.
7. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze, until firm and ready to serve.
8. Garnish with cherries before serving.
9. Offer container of chocolate syrup if desired.
