1 Onion, Sliced Thin
4 Fresh Basil Leaves
1 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
2 Green Peppers, cleaned and sliced thin
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic, sliced
5 Italian Sausage Links
1 Lb fresh White Mushrooms, sliced
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic & onion in olive oil in large frying pan with lid. Add sausage links.
When almost fully cooked, slice links into 6 pieces each for a total of 30 pieces.
Add green peppers, mushrooms and sauce; salt & pepper to taste.
Cover and simmer 35 minutes.

Serve in a sub roll or over white rice.
