2-1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
1 cup English Walnuts
1 tbsp light corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cream, milk, butter, corn syrup, and salt in heavy 2 quart sauce pan. Stir over moderate heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture reaches boil. Boil 9 to 10 minutes stirring continually. Remove from heat, cool approximately 1 hour. Add vanilla and beat until starts to lose gloss. Requires very little beating. Add nuts.
