2 cups unsifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Dash of salt
1 cup butter softened (2 sticks)
1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp water
1-1/2 cups oats, uncooked
2 - 6 oz pkgs (2 cups) Nestle Butter scotch morsales
(I use 1/2 tsp orange extract)

Preheat oven to 375º In small bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Set aside. In large bowl combine butter, brown sugar, eggs and water. Beat until creamy. Stir in oats, butterscotch morsals and orange extract. Drop by slightly rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
