1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/3 c. bread crumbs (I use plain)
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 small onion chopped
1/3 c. catsup
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.

Shape into loaf and put it on a racked pan (grease drips away) or put in 8x4 inch loaf pan. Top with additional catsup if desired.

Bake at 350º for an hour (I always check with meat thermometer).
