1 TBSP BAKING POWDER
1/2 TSP SALT
2 STICKS OF BUTTER-ROOM TEMP
1 CUP SUGAR
3 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
1 CUP HEAVY CREAM
2 CUPS SESAME SEEDS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350

COMBINE THE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND SALT IN SMALL BOWL-SET ASIDE.
CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR IN MIXER UNTIL FLUFFY
ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME AND BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD VANILLA AND BEAT. ADD FLOUR MIXTURE UNTIL WELL INCORPORATED.

TO FORM COOKIES, DIVIDE DOUGH IN 1/2 AND ROLL INTO LOGS 1" IN DIAMETER. CUT LOGS IN 3" LENGTHS DIP EACH PIECE OF DOUGH INTO THE HEAVY CREAM AND THEN ROLL IN SESAME SEEDS. PLACE COOKES ON BAKING SHEET AND PLACE IN OVEN UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN-15-20 MIN.

LET COOL AND SERVE- STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER FOR UP TO TWO WEEKS.
