"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Directions:
To make the sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, garlic, lime juice, Sriracha and red pepper flakes; set aside. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well.

Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.

Place shrimp onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper, to taste, and gently toss to combine. Place into oven and roast just until pink, firm and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. (NOTE: you can also do this step on top of the stove.)

In a large bowl, combine pasta, shrimp and mayonnaise mixture. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
