1 med. head cauliflower (about 2#)
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/4 tsp. salt
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Remove and discard leaves from the cauliflower, and break into florets, about 1 1/2 inches.
Place florets on a baking sheet, and toss with the oil. Sprinkle lightly with turmeric and salt.
Bake for 20 minutes, turn the florets, and cook 5 to 10 minutes more, or until tender and lightly browned. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the Parmesan, and serve.
