1/2 CUP RED WINCE
MEATLOAF MIX (3LBS)
PASSATTA 3-4 JARS
TOMATO PASTE
1 BOX OF CHICKEN STOCK

BECHAMEL
3 TBSP BUTTER
3 TBSP FLOUR
2 CUPS MILK

SAUTE FIRST FOUR INGREDIENTS IN OLIVE OIL
AND AND BROWN CHOPPED MEAT
ADD TOMATO PASTE AND PASSATTA
RINSE JARS WITH CHICKEN STOCK AND ADD TO SAUCE

ADD SALT PEPPER AND NUTMEG

BECHAMEL

WHISK FIRST TWO INGREDIENTS IN SAUCE PAN AND ADD MILK WHISK TILL THICKEN. ADD NUTMEG.
