1 1/2 c water
1 T sugar
1/2 c chopped onion
1 t salt
1 T yeast
4 1/2 c. flour
1-2 t coarse salt
dried rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and allow to rise. I use bread machine and remove after its risen.
Flatten onto a greased cookie sheet to 1" thick. Brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt and rosemary.
Press down with hand to help stick. Let rise 30-40 mins
Bake at 400º for 20-25 mins. Cool on rack and slice in 1" slices.
