1 lb bacon
¼ lb butter or margerine
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
1 lb spaghetti or linquini
¼ to ½ c. grated parmesan cheese (to taste)

Fry bacon until almost crispy. Drain most of the grease. Turn off burner. Add ¼ lb butter or margarine, ½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. pepper and ¼ tsp. nutmeg. Beat 2 eggs in shallow bowl. Add 1 c. milk. Beat until blended. Cook spaghetti according to package. Drain. Pour cooked spaghetti back into hot pan. Add bacon mixture and mix thoroughly. Add egg mixture and mix thoroughly Add parmesan cheese a small amount at a time until desired taste and consistency is obtained. Spaghetti will thicken if allowed to sit for a few minutes.
