Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1/4 c fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c minced onion
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tsp salt
1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c water
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients and shape into 16 meatballs. In skillet, brown meatballs and pour off fat. Stir in soup, water, parsley. Cover and simmer 20 min. Stir occasionally. Serve with noodles. Garnish with green peppers.
