4 veal cutlets (approximately 1 1/2 lb)
1 1/2 c dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 c water
1 (8 oz) can tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and dredge in crumbs. Brown on both sides in hot oil. Place in shallow baking dish. Add onion, garlic powder, water and tomato paste. Bake at 350F until tender, about one hour.
