1 medium size cucumber
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dill weed
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash, peel and cut cucumber into thin slices. Place in a bowl.
2. Sprinkle cucumber slices with teaspoon of salt and allow to set for 30 minutes; drain .
3. Mix together vinegar, sugar, dill weed and pepper. Pour over cucumbers and chill for 30 minutes.
