1 c chopped onions
2 tbsp. margarine
1 lb ground beef OR
1 lb stewing beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp salt
1 (6 oz) can sliced mushrooms drained
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c cheddar cheese grated
3 c cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in margarine until tender in skillet. Add beef. Cook until brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook five min stirring constantly. Stir in soup and cook 10 min longer uncovered. Stir in sour cream and grated cheese. Heat through. Serve meat and sauce over noodles.
