12 eggs
1-1/2 c. sugar
5 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Bake in a 9"x13" glass baking dish.

Mix eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla in a very large bowl' after fully blended, pour into a 9"x13" glass baking dish.
Lightly sprinkle top with nugmet (optional).
Place in a pre-heated 350 oven for 60 minutes, until nothing sticks to a knife when inserted into the custard.
Remove from oven when custard has fully set.
Chill completely.
Cut and serve in squares.
Refrigerate until served.
