2 cans whole water chestnuts
1 lb. bacon, cut in half
soy sauce
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain water chestnuts; marinade for several hours or overnight in soy sauce.
Remove from sauce, roll in sugar and wrap each water chestnut with a half slice of bacon, securing with toothpick.
Bake or broil until crisp.
