1/2 lb tomatillos husked and rinsed
1 or 2 Serrano chilies stemmed
1 large garlic clove
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 c. Onion diced
2 t. Lime juice
1/4 t. Salt
1/4 t. Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 425
Roast tomatillos, chilies, garlic upper third of oven about 5 min. Flip for another 5 min until some black spots and bubbles
Cool. Blender or processor, include juices.
Add other ingredients and blend til smooth
