Directions:
Directions:
Rub tenderloin with pork rub. Place in aluminum pan. Allow to rest for 30 minutes, before cooking. Add butter. Cook over fire @ 30 minutes. Turn and add butter if needed. Cook until done. Allow to rest 20 minutes before slicing.
