1 # Ground Beef
1/2 # Italian Sausage
1 Egg
6 Ritz Crackers
2 T. BBQ Sauce
1 T. Dried Onion

1 T. Canola Oil
1 T. Butter
1/4 Onion, Chopped
1 T. Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for the meatballs. Form into 2 oz.balls. Rest for 30 minutes in fridge.
Heat oil and butter in large saute pan. Add meatballs, onion and garlic. Cook until done.

Serve with a dipping sauce
