1 cup cottage cheese
3 cups macaroni, cooked (8 oz.)
2 eggs
16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or a little extra like I do!)
1 cup sour cream
Salt & Pepper

Cook macaroni and mix with remaining ingredients.

Bake @ 375 for 40 minutes.
