Pie Crust:

1 C. Flour
Pinch of Salt (approx.⅛ tsp.)
2 Tbsp. Sugar
C. Cooking Oil
2 Tbsp. Milk

1. Mix dry ingredients in a deep pie pan.
2. Add liquids, mix thoroughly and pat onto sides and bottom of pan.

This recipe will make a crust for two regular or one deep dish pie.

Graham Crust:

1 C. Crushed Graham Crackers (approx. 15 crackers)
2 Tbsp. Sugar
⅓ C . Melted Butter

1. Combine all ingredients into a pie pan or dish.
2. Press onto bottom and sides.
3. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
4. Cool completely before filling.
