In a large sauce pan melt butter on medium low heat. Add flour and mix until completely absorbed. Add milk, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Cook, stirring frequently until mixture starts to thicken (add more milk or flour if too thick or thin). Add chicken, bacon and mushrooms and simmer 15 minutes. In a separate pot, cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and rinse. Add frozen peas to sauce 5 minutes before serving.

Personal Notes:
I lightly toss pasta with vegetable oil to prevent sticking together after rinsing. I like to serve pasta separate from sauce allowing individuals to select desired amounts of each.
