1 lemon peel grated
1 jar of red currant jelly
1 package of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 8oz package of cream cheese softened
1/2 tsp of almond extract
1 C of canned or fresh sliced peaches ( drain if canned)
2 C of fresh strawberries quartered
1 C of fresh or frozen blueberries

Pre-heat oven to 350 Press cookie dough onto a 14" inch pizza pan. Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Mix cream cheese with lemon peel until smooth and blend in extract. Spread cream cheese mixture on the cooled crust. Arrange fruit on cheese mixture. Soften jelly by stirring vigorously until smooth. Brush fruit with softened jelly. Chill several hours before serving.
