2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups diced, peeled apples
1-1/4 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 lightly beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt.

In second bowl, beat together oil and sugar, beat in eggs, vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake in preheated oven for about one hour or until cake pulls away from sides of pan.
