Sausage Won Tons Recipe

2 c. (1 lb) sweet/mild Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled

1 c grated cheddar cheese

1 c grated monterey jack cheese

c red bell pepper, diced

medium onion, diced

1 c Hidden Valley Ranch original dressing

1 package won ton wrappers (in produce section)

1 can sliced olives (optional)

Preheat oven to 350

Saute red pepper and onion in olive oil. In large bowl, mix together first six ingredients.

Press wrappers into mini muffin tins. Bake 5 minutes or until golden brown. Fill wrappers with sausage mixture.

Bake 5-10 minutes or until bubbly.

The stuffing can be made a day ahead and kept in refrigerator.
