2 cups whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 package chocolate wafers

Directions:
Whip cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form. Don't over whip. Spread 2 tsp whipped cream on 1 cookie and place another cookie on top. Continue adding 2 tsp whipped cream on top and adding cookies until all cookies are used. Use remaining whipped cream to ice entire log. Refrigerate for 4 - 6 hours. Slice diagonally to show cookie layers. Enjoy!
