1 T margarine or butter
⅔ cup Bisquick mix
1½ tsp paprika
1¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

3 lb chicken, cut up or thighs/legs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Heat 13x9 baking dish in the oven. While heating dish, mix all dry ingredients and toss the chicken to coat. Melt butter in pan and once melted, add chicken. Bake 35 minutes; turn chicken. Bake another 15 minutes or until juice runs clear.
It is important to preheat the dish and melted butter.
