1 whole trimmed brisket
2-10 oz Bottle Heinz 57 sauce
1 4 oz bottle liquid smoke
1 c brown sugar
Garlic salt
3 T Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Season brisket heavily on both sides with garlic salt. Mix Heinz 57, liquid smoke, brown sugar, worcestershire and 1-2 c water. Place Brisket in pan with fat side down and pourliquid mixture over brisket and seal tighly
Preheat oven to 350º. Put brisket in oven and reduce heat to 250-275 degrees. Cook 4-5 hours. Remove brisket, slice and pour juice over sliced brisket.
