12oz of Brussels Sprouts
3 TBSP pure maple syrup
3 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1 TBSP stone-ground mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
tsp sea salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with foil.

In a bag or bowl with a lid, mix all the ingredients, add Brussels Sprouts that have been prepared. Shake to coat the Sprouts with the liquid and pour out onto the foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they looked browned and crisp. Serve hot.
