4 C. Chopped Ripe Peaches
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
5½ C. Sugar
1 Box Sure Jell

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put peaches, lemon juice and sure jell in a big pan.
2. Bring to a good boil.
3. Add sugar. Stir until dissolved.
4. Bring back to a good boil and cook 2 minutes.
5. Jelly will still have bits of peach in the mixture.
6. Pour liquid into hot bathed jelly jars.
7. Let jelly set completely.
8. Top with melted wax.
9. Clean jar tops, place lids on securely and store on shelves.

I make this with 5 scant cups of sugar, and freeze it instead of using the melted wax. It can be canned regularly also.
