1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked bacon, chopped (reserve 2 tbsp. for garnish) *save time by using precooked
1/2 cup green onions, diced (reserve 2 tbsp. for garnish)
2 roma tomatoes, diced (reserve 2 tbsp. for garnish)
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
chips, crackers or bread for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9 inch glass dish or baking dish with cooking spray.

To a large bowl, add the sour cream, mayo, cream cheese and stir well to blend.

Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese (reserving 1/2 cup) and stir to incorporate.

Add the bacon, green onions, tomatoes and dried onions, stirring to incorporate. Don't forget to set aside 2 tbsp. each bacon, green onion and tomato for garnish.

Pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake about 30 min. or until cheese is slightly browned.

After baking, sprinkle with reserved bacon, green onion and tomatoes.
