2 tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes
onions
2 cloves garlic
cup water
2 tbls of oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. pasta (shells, vermicelli, etc.)
8 cups of chicken stock
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, puree the tomatoes, onion, garlic and water. Strain and set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet, add pasta, and then stir until browned. Pour off the excess oil. Add tomato mixture and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the chicken stock and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the pasta is tender. Add salt to taste. If you wish, garnish with chiles.
