Ingredients:  
1 head Napa cabbage, chopped
5 green onions
2 pkg ramen noodles (discard mix)
3/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup sunflower kernels

Dressing
1/2 cup safflower or canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onions & mix with cabbage. Break apart noodles. Toast noodles & sunflower seeds in oven at 350º for 5 - 7 minutes, watch carefully, they'll burn.

Mix dressing, toss with cabbage & noodles just before serving.
